BODE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the item is in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure container, including all original designer packaging and tags.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
